No. A successful EVUS enrollment means that you are eligible to travel to the United States under your current 10-year B1, B2 or a combined B1/B2 Visa. However, this does not guarantee your admission into the United States.
Upon arrival at any port of entry in the US, all travelers go through an inspection by a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer. He/she will then determine whether you are admissible in the United States or not.
A successful EVUS enrolment and a valid entry Visa in your current passport are the required documents for admission.
